Meet Josh: Josh Irons is a seasoned leader and dedicated mentor of talent. With over 18 years of experience in strategic digital marketing and implementing traditional marketing campaigns, he has worked inside and agency-side to grow brands and revenue at companies of all sizes.

Education: Josh earned his MBA in Marketing from Villanova and holds a BA in Public Relations from Temple University. He also earned an international business certificate from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Josh is Google Analytics and AdWords Certified and received an Inbound Marketing & Sales Certificate from HubSpot.

Community: A strong advocate of contributing to the community, Josh volunteers time to causes such as Toys for Tots and the Movember Foundation.

In his free time… Josh enjoys being with his wife, Dawn, son, Ari, and dog, Panda.

Meet Meg: Meg is a hands-on marketing strategist with a passion for creativity, lifelong learning and building lasting relationships. She has 15 years of experience in a variety of industries across B2B, B2C and non-profit organizations, and has worked both in-house and agency side. Meg thrives on collaboration and approaches each engagement with curiosity and enthusiasm, creating strategies that drive results.

Education: Meg earned her MBA from Villanova University with a specialization in Marketing. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Widener University. Meg also has certification in Social Media Marketing Strategy from the University of Delaware

Community: Meg supports animal causes, enjoys mentoring young professionals, recently joining Villanova’s School of Business Mentor Program and has a 2022 goal to give back her time to Catchafire, an online community seeking to support and strengthen the social good sector.

In her free time… Meg loves planning adventures with her husband (Drew), son (Trevor) and dog (Riley), and crafting custom gifts for family and friends.

Meet Samantha: Samantha is a social media pro who loves to keep content fun and relatable. She has spent three years working in sports media (specifically professional tennis), managing the content for up to 9 organizations at a time! With a passion for education, Samantha loves the challenge of wearing many hats, and also has experience in community relations and sponsorship.

Education: Samantha earned her BA in Communications with concentrations in Public Relations as well as Human Communication at Mount St. Mary’s. University.

Community: Samantha loves volunteering for Special Olympics and supporting Toys for Tots. In previous roles, she also served as a community relations liaison, where she was able to organize tennis clinics with professional players (like Venus Williams!) for local youth in the Washington, DC area. 

In her free time… Samantha enjoys her time playing tennis and working out – she is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist! She also loves going on adventures with her dog, Kona, and will take any time she can to be outdoors!

Bio: Sal Graci is an experienced and enthusiastic marketing professional with a broad range of skills. He has more than 10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing a variety of marketing campaigns and projects. Sal has a proven track record of helping companies grow and achieve their goals through his own agency and private companies.

Education: Sal graduated from St. Joseph’s University in 2004 with an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology. He specializes in search engine optimization, PPC, and the overall design and development of marketing strategies. He also has extensive experience with a variety of marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Active Campaign, and SendInBlue.

Community: Believing in staying active within the community, Sal performs musically for a variety of charity events including fundraisers for CHOP. He also donates and works with various food banks throughout the Philadelphia area.

In his free time… Sal enjoys playing with his band Good Night Graci and recording/writing music. He also has a love for sports and is a regular host on a bi-monthly podcast called Enough Said.

Meet Douglas: Douglas is a writer and creative leader having spent his career in publishing, product development, and the food and beverage industry.

Education: Douglas earned his BA in English Literature and Cinema Studies from Rutgers University, studied at the University of Sussex, was awarded an MFA in Creative Writing from New England College, and a Grand Diploma from the French Culinary Institute in New York.

Community: Douglas is an author and frequent contributor to numerous journals and magazines. His writing, reviews, and recipes have appeared widely on-line and in print. He is an advocate of libraries, community supported agriculture, and environmental sustainability.

In his free time… Douglas is an author, chef, lover of plants, and outdoor enthusiast. He loves to travel – especially road trips with his wife Tara.

Meet Breane: Outgoing, energetic, and determined are a few words to describe Bre. While she is a very dedicated and eager employee, there is nothing she loves more than to share a joke with the office. Her background in marketing is very diverse, expanding from content and social media to SEO and web development, Bre is very excited to thrive within her role at RAD.

Education: Breanne graduated from Wilkes University with a B.A. in Communication Studies concentrating in Strategic Communication and Journalism, as well as a minor in Women and Gender Studies.

Community: Bre has joined her family in volunteering with the American Heart Society in honor of her Grandparents. Having worked closely with the Special Olympics and the Children’s Miracle Network, Breanne has become passionate about helping others – even if that is simply helping someone smile.

In her free time… Bre finds herself reading for book club and finding new recipes to cook from tiktok. When the weather is nice you could find her walking down the Schuylkill River Trail and listening to her favorite podcasts.

Meet Aly: Aly is a creative, self-branded weirdo who lives for creating unique content. Equally talented at photoshopping things into unlikely situations and creating excruciating(ly brilliant) puns, she is devoted to breathing new life into your company’s social media presence, along with generating emails, websites, blogs, and more.

Education: An equally artistic and analytical individual, Aly holds a B.A. in Video Communications from Arcadia University and is currently working towards her M.S. in Strategic Advertising and Marketing at Temple University. She also graduated from a performing arts high school as a dance major.

Community: Aly recently raised 500 dollars for breast cancer research and ran a 5K with proceeds benefiting the Miracle League for special needs athletes in her hometown of Bethlehem, PA. 

In her free time… Aly loves to cook, regularly finding exciting new ways to elevate boxed mac and cheese. She also loves all kinds of puzzles, from 1000 piecers to wordles, crosswords, and sudoku. She craves comedic content, regularly binging familiar television shows including vintage Simpsons, I Think You Should Leave, and Bojack Horseman. Aly enjoys dancing, somewhat long and mildly difficult scenic hikes, sour beers, and is irrefutably a cat person.

Meet Eddie: Eddie is a lowly intern (his words) currently working towards a career in Marketing. New to the industry, Eddie’s tried to embody the mentality of a sponge to soak up any knowledge that he can from the likes of Josh and Drew. With a love of wordplay, there’s no situation he can’t find a terrible pun for – the goal is an eye roll. 

Education: Eddie is a current student of Temple University’s Advertising program. With a focus in Copywriting and a minor in communications, he’s working towards constructing a voice worth hearing. Eddie also has a home-grown knack for cheeky design that comes out on occasion. 

In his free time… Eddie collects and restores vintage road and mountain bicycles, he’s currently up to twelve. With the current state of the world, much of Eddie’s time is spent caring for his grandmother and planning for a time when things resemble normal. Eddie is also a fish-slinger at Hill’s Quality Seafood in Newtown Square – he’s yet to reach the role of “Fish monger.”

Meet Cayla: Cayla is a social media expert who loves helping brands build their creative image. Whether it’s filming TikToks or creating strategies, you can always find Cayla adding her artistic flair to any project.

Education: Cayla earned her B.A. in Communication Studies with a concentration in organizational communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Community: Cayla is an avid community member and loves giving back by volunteering as a cheerleading coach for the Ridley Park Parkers. As a Parker herself, she finds it rewarding to give back to an organization that helped shape who she is!

In her free time… you can find Cayla collecting an absurd amount of houseplants to fill her home (aka jungle). When it’s warm out, Cayla loves spending time with her siblings and two dogs at the beach in Avalon, NJ!

Meet Todd: Todd has over 15 years of experience in marketing, customer service, and business process automation. Todd impacts both top line revenue and bottom line profits by giving businesses back valuable time that is wasted on mundane tasks while using automation to create a better customer experience from start to finish.

Education: Todd has a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University in Crime Law and Justice and Sociology. He also earned his MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Community: Todd has worked extensively with non-profits in the Philadelphia area and beyond. He uses his skills to help non-profits get more out of their limited resources so that they can create a larger impact in their communities.

In his free time… Todd enjoys spending time with his wife Alison and their dog Franklin going to the beach, exploring local breweries, and watching the newest show on HBO Max or Netflix. He and his wife also love doing DIY projects and renovating old homes as part of their real estate side hustle.

Meet Ryan: Ryan Burch is an experienced digital media professional with expertise in the design, implementation and maintenance of media and marketing strategies. He started his digital career more than a decade ago, working as a strategic media trader on some of the first demand side platforms. His organization was acquired by eBay, where Ryan was quickly promoted to run all of eBay’s Enterprise Digital Display business. Ryan and his team worked with the top retail, higher education and non-profit brands in the world, at the cutting edge of data segmentation based on customer journey mapping. Today, he builds direct response digital campaigns for both small and large businesses in multiple verticals.

Education: Ryan earned his MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from Arizona State University also holds a BA in Public Relations and Strategic Media from ASU.

Community: Ryan lives in Phoenix, AZ and is an active contributor to the growing startup and entrepreneur ecosystems there. Ryan serves as a media trainer in professional and academic settings, and currently serves on Arizona State University’s Student Media Advisory Board.

In his free time… When he isn’t traveling, Ryan is probably best found losing his voice at a college football game.

Meet Mike: Mike has over 16 years of professional experience as a digital designer, and a lifetime of experience as a visual artist. He’s advertised for major conglomerates such as Sears, Kmart, Paramount and Universal, as well as NSM Insurance Group and several other Philly-based companies.

Education: Mike holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, with a concentration in Etching and Digital Design, from Guilford College in North Carolina. He holds multiple certifications in marketing, such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Marketo, etc.

Community: Mike contributes several days each year, volunteering to charities such as Philabundance, Toys for Tots, and the Ronald McDonald House.

In His Free Time: Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsay, his 6-year old son Liam, and his 3-year old daughter, Riley. He also enjoys golfing, even though his game has  declined in recent years.

Melanie Martin

Meet Melanie: Melanie is an all around Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. She was a former college instructor but decided to take a new path in the remote field. Right now she is focusing on WP site management, Ecommerce and some social media marketing.

Education: Melanie finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in one of the prestigious universities in the Philippines. But since her passion is all about cooking, she pursued short courses in baking and food management.

Community: Melanie is a Sunday school teacher. She loves sharing the word of God to young children and leads charity works in orphanages during her college years. She is a naturalist and supports green earth. 

In her free time: Melanie bakes and cooks extraordinary meals because it relaxes her. She enjoys watching her children delight in her baked goodies.
